Your expertise will guide safeguarding investigations, inform risk management, and help coordinate multi-agency responses to complex situations.

Your work will span the full spectrum of social care:

Conducting assessments and creating person-centred care plans

Carrying out outreach visits across the community

Supporting people experiencing mental health challenges, domestic abuse, child protection concerns, or adult vulnerability

Shaping local policy, delivering training and awareness sessions

Advising the Island Safeguarding Children’s Board
