Dental Nurse – Fixed-Term Contract (September 2026)

Location: Falkland Islands

Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week

We are recruiting an experienced and enthusiastic Dental Nurse to join a friendly and supportive dental team in the Falkland Islands for a fixed-term contract throughout September 2026.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the Dentist during a range of dental procedures

Prepare and maintain dental instruments, equipment and treatment rooms

Provide reassurance and support to patients before, during and after treatment

Maintain high standards of infection prevention and control

Ensure accurate patient records are maintained

Support the smooth running of the dental clinic and administrative duties where required

Requirements

Current registration with the General Dental Council (GDC) as a Dental Nurse

Previous experience working in a dental practice or hospital dental setting

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively as part of a small multidisciplinary team

Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care
