Dedicare is looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our permanent healthcare recruitment team in Skipton.
This is an excellent opportunity for an established permanent healthcare biller who enjoys building relationships, developing new business, and managing the full 360 recruitment lifecycle. The role
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will manage a permanent healthcare recruitment desk, taking ownership of client development, candidate attraction, compliance, and successful placement delivery.
This is a true 360 role. You will be expected to identify and develop new business opportunities, nurture existing client relationships, attract high-quality healthcare professionals, and manage candidates and clients through the full permanent recruitment process.
You will work closely with internal compliance and delivery colleagues to ensure placements are managed accurately, efficiently, and in line with healthcare recruitment standards.
Key responsibilities
:
Manage a permanent healthcare recruitment desk on a 360 basis.
Generate new business through targeted BD, networking, and relationship building.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships across healthcare markets.
Source, screen, interview, and manage candidates through the recruitment process.
Match candidates to suitable permanent healthcare opportunities.
Manage interviews, offers, negotiations, and onboarding.
Ensure all compliance requirements are met accurately and efficiently.
Maintain accurate records and activity on internal systems.
Build long-term candidate and client pipelines.
Work collaboratively with colleagues across Dedicare to maximise opportunities.
About you
We are looking for an established permanent recruitment consultant who can demonstrate consistent billing success and confidence managing a full recruitment desk.
You will ideally have:
Proven experience as a permanent recruitment consultant.
A successful track record of billing in healthcare recruitment.
Experience in Medical, AHP, Nursing, Social Care, or a related healthcare market.
Strong business development skills and confidence winning new clients.
Experience operating as a 360 consultant.
A good understanding of recruitment compliance requirements.
Strong candidate management and client relationship skills.
Commercial awareness and confidence negotiating terms, salaries, and offers.
Excellent organisation, communication, and resilience.
A professional, proactive, and quality-led approach.
