This Consultant will be part of a Boarders Team to review patients moved from their base ward and plan their discharge. Meet with Team first thing to allocate work, prioritise new patients and ensure all patients seen at least twice a week with a plan in their notes. Support available from specialities on site. Last hour of the day used to support Admin activities. With option to cover front door acute medicine. Rotating into a ward as a shared responsibility
