Anaesthetics – General Anaesthetics (Consultant)

We have exciting opportunities for Consultant Anaesthetists to join NHS Orkney on a locum basis.

This is an excellent chance to work within a unique rural hospital setting, gaining broad clinical exposure while working as part of a supportive healthcare team. Travel and accommodation are provided.

Available Dates
o 29 June to 19 July
o 6 July to 10 July
o 3 August to 9 August

Role Details
The successful candidate will be involved in a mix of day shifts (08:00 to 17:00) and overnight on calls, covering:
o High Dependency Unit (HDU)
o Theatres
o Maternity Services
o Trauma
o Paediatrics

Requirements
Applicants must have full acute anaesthetic experience, which should be clearly demonstrated within their CV.
