Referrals are our leading method of welcoming new locum doctors to Dedicare, and we believe loyalty should be rewarded. Our simple, generous referral scheme means you earn up to £500 for every locum doctor you refer who takes on locum jobs through us.* For every hour your referred locum works, you earn £1. No hidden terms, just a straightforward way to get rewarded for helping friends or colleagues find great locum jobs across the UK.

*Scheme terms and conditions: The maximum £500* referral payment will be paid in full when the locum doctor you have referred has completed 500 hours of locum work with Dedicare. Referral payments are subject to tax and national insurance contributions. For any locum doctors referred, the referrer must obtain consent from the locum doctor being introduced to us before passing on any personal data.
