Consultant Dermatologist – Cayman Islands – 2025

Dedicare is looking for a skilled Consultant in Dermatology to join a clinic in Cayman Islands in a
permanent position.

The clinic is seeking a dermatologist with expertise in cosmetology, beautification, and the management of skin lesions. The Dermatologist will be responsible for diagnosing and treating skin conditions, including acne, providing cosmetic dermatology services, and conducting procedures related to dermatology and cosmetology.

It must be emphasized that this position requires a proactive and business-focused approach. We are looking for someone who is actively involved in building their practice. A strong focus on leveraging marketing efforts, particularly through social media and other outreach strategies, will be essential to success in this role.

Qualifications:

– Medicine and Dermatology skills

– Cosmetology and Cosmetic Dermatology expertise

– Experience in treating acne

– Ability to perform dermatological procedures

– Excellent communication skills and bedside manner

– Board certification in Dermatology

– Experience working in a specialty clinic setting

– Licensed in either the US, Canada, UK, South Africa, Australia, New Zealand, Jamaica or Cayman Islands.

We offer a flexible compensation model that is performance-based, with a competitive revenue-sharing model to reward your hard work and dedication.

If no baseline salary:
80% of generated income in the first month
70% of generated income in the second month
60% of generated income in the third month
50% of generated income thereafter

If a baseline/fixed salary is preferred, we offer $72,000 USD fixed annual salary plus 20% of generated income.
There is no income tax in the Cayman Islands, thus net income equals almost gross income.

We cover the costs for the annual work permit (~$17,000 USD annually)
We cover the costs for malpractice insurance.
We contribute to social benefits such as basic health care plan and pension plan.
We provide nurse and ancillary staff as well as rooms and necessary logistics.
