Locum General Practitioners – St Helena

We are currently seeking 2 Locum General Practitioners to provide cover at the hospital in St Helena.

We have two opportunities available, each for an initial 3-month period:

Position 1: Commencing 23 November 2026 for 3 months. Departure from the UK on 19 November 2026.

Position 2: Commencing 7 December 2026 for 3 months. Departure from the UK on 3 December 2026.

These are fantastic opportunities to experience working in a unique and rewarding overseas location, providing GP services within the local healthcare service.

Requirements:

GMC registration with a licence to practise.

Relevant GP experience.

Ability to work independently and adapt to a remote island healthcare setting.

Previous experience in a similar environment would be advantageous.
