Our client is a well-established teaching and training practice serving approximately 16,000 patients near Bicester and the surrounding area. They are seeking a motivated and patient-focused Salaried GP to join their friendly and supportive clinical team for 6 – 8 sessions per week.

The Role

You will provide high-quality, person-centred care through face-to-face and telephone consultations, with occasional home visits where clinically appropriate.
Responsibilities include managing acute and long-term conditions, prescribing in line with guidelines, maintaining accurate clinical records, and completing clinical administration efficiently.

A typical GP session includes:

17 booked appointments

Follow-up capacity equivalent to 8 appointments

Up to 10 tasks (e.g. prescriptions, fit notes, results)

Dedicated administrative time

Fully qualified GP with GMC registration

Registered on the National Performers List

Experience working in General Practice/Primary Care

Enhanced DBS clearance

Desirable

Experience with EMIS Web

QOF experience

Clinical special interest or leadership experience

Commitment to ongoing professional development
